SOUMAKI
This Soumaki restaurant design project marks the second collaboration between Ksoul and the renowned healthy food brand in Ho Chi Minh City. Inspired by the organic forms of mushrooms—a symbol of sustainable growth—the restaurant space is shaped by minimalist design lines, combined with a natural color palette featuring cream, mint green, and orange, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
The materials used in the design are carefully selected based on the principles of cleanliness and environmental friendliness, perfectly conveying the essence of a healthy dining brand. Large geometric shapes, along with special textured painting techniques, are applied to evoke the surfaces and textures of natural materials, adding depth to the space.
All these elements come together to create a new Soumaki restaurant—more than just a dining space, it is an experience of balance between aesthetics, nature, and sustainable development over time.
